Arts & Mental Health ~ Including Volunteer Work & Training
Georgina studied for The Advanced Diploma in The Therapeutic and Educational Application of the Arts at The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE). Volunteer work has included helping at a local art group for adults recovering from mental health conditions. Georgina also took part in the European Reminiscence Project’s Remembering Yesterday, Caring Today
(RYCT) programme with Westminster Arts*, qualifying her to lead RYCT reminiscence groups and has also delivered art sessions to residents in residential care homes for adults with physical and learning disabilities.
